Rogue Glyphs - Updated for Patch 4.3
Glyphs for rogues augment rogues abilities and talents. You have can select glyphs to complement each of your talent builds and you can exchange glyphs for each boss/situation you may face. At level 85 you can have active: 3 Prime Rogue Glyphs, 3 Major Rogue Glyphs and 3 Minor Rogue Glyphs.
Best Assassination Rogue Glyphs:
Primary Glyphs: Mutilate, Rupture, Backstab
Major Glyphs: Tricks of the Trade, Feint, Fan of Knives or Sprint
Best Combat Rogue Glyphs:
Primary Glyphs: Adrenaline Rush, Sinister Strike, Slice and Dice
Major Glyphs: Tricks of the Trade, Blade Flurry, Feint, Sprint, Fan of Knives
* I recomend the first 3 major glyphs but Glyph of Sprint and Glyph of Fan of Knives are situational. Also keep in mind if you are just fighting one target Glyph of Blade Fury will be useless so replace it with Glyph of Sprint.
Best Subtlety Rogue Glyphs:
Primary Glyphs: Backstab, Slice and Dice, Hemorrhage - If you do not use hemorrage in your rotation then replace this with Eviserate or Shadow Dance.
Major Glyphs: Tricks of the Trade, Feint, Sprint or Fan of Knives(Only use Fan Of Knives if it is a fight that heavily depends on AOE.)
Primary Rogue Glyphs:

| Your Backstab critical strikes grant you 5 Energy. | |
| Increases the critical strike chance of Eviscerate by 10%. | |
| Your Hemorrhage ability also causes the target to bleed, dealing 40% of the direct strike's damage over 24 sec. | |
| Increases the bonus to your damage while Killing Spree is active by an additional 10%. | |
| Reduces the cost of Mutilate by 5 Energy. | |
| Increases Revealing Strike's bonus effectiveness to your finishing moves by an additional 10% | |
| Increases the duration of Rupture by 4 sec. | |
| Increases the duration of Shadow Dance by 2 sec. | |
| Your Sinister Strikes have a 20% chance to add an additional combo point. | |
| Increases the duration of Slice and Dice by 6 sec. | |
| Increases the duration of your Vendetta ability by 20%. |
Major Rogue Glyphs:
| Increases the range on Ambush by 5 yards. | |
| Reduces the penalty to Energy generation while Blade Flurry is active by 50%. | |
| Your Blind ability also removes all damage over time effects from the target. | |
| While Cloak of Shadows is active, you take 40% less physical damage. | |
| Increases the chance to inflict your target with Crippling Poison by an additional 20%. | |
| Increases the slowing effect on Deadly Throw by 20%. | |
| Increases the duration of Evasion by 5 sec. | |
| Increases the duration of Expose Armor by 12 sec. | |
| Increases the radius of your Fan of Knives ability by 50%. | |
| Reduces the Energy cost of Feint by 20. | |
| Increases the duration of your Garrote ability's silence effect by 1.5 sec. | |
| Your Gouge ability no longer requires that the target be facing you. | |
| Increases the cooldown of your Kick ability by 4 sec, but this cooldown is reduced by 6 sec when your Kick successfully interrupts a spell. | |
| Your Preparation ability also instantly resets the cooldown of Kick, Dismantle, and Smoke Bomb. | |
| Increases the duration of Sap against non-player targets by 80 sec. | |
| Increases the movement speed of your Sprint ability by an additional 30%. | |
| Removes the Energy cost of your Tricks of the Trade ability but reduces the recipient's damage bonus by 5%. | |
| Increases the duration of your Vanish effect by 2 sec. |
Minor Rogue Glyphs:
| Enables you to walk on water while your Sprint ability is active. | |
| Increases the range of your Distract ability by 5 yards. | |
| Reduces the cast time of your Pick Lock ability by 100%. | |
| Increases the range of your Pick Pocket ability by 5 yards. | |
| You apply poisons to your weapons 50% faster. | |
| Increases the distance your Safe Fall ability allows you to fall without taking damage. |
